Dennis P. Uhlmann, Jr.
Principal and Co-Managing Attorney
Mr. Uhlmann has experience in representing and defending creditors in foreclosure, debt collection, and eviction matters. Mr. Uhlmann has also worked with defending foreclosing creditors, and homeowners in municipal court matters regarding property preservation. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an associate for one of the largest real estate firms in New Jersey focusing on Foreclosures and Bankruptcies.
Mr. Uhlmann specializes in all aspects of foreclosure litigation from initial title searches through property sales and evictions. He appears in Municipal and Chancery courts through the State of New Jersey advocating for lender’s rights.
Mr. Uhlmann also regularly teaches Continuing Education for Realtors and Attorneys throughout New Jersey and has a YouTube Channel discussing Real Estate issues.
Mr. Uhlmann is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. He received his Juris Doctorate with honors from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville Florida. While attending Florida Coastal, Mr. Uhlmann clerked for the Honorable Monte E. Richardson, United States Magistrate Judge in and for the Middle District of Florida. He also worked as a certified legal intern for the State Attorney’s Office for the 4th Judicial Circuit of Florida. Mr. Uhlmann was also an active member of the Florida Coastal Mock Trial Team and due to his exemplary work and dedication was awarded excellence in Mock Trial at graduation. Mr. Uhlmann was also awarded Pro Bono Honors for completing over 200 hours of pro bono legal services during law school. Mr.
Uhlmann was also appointed and served as the Chief Justice of Florida Coastal’s Honor Court.
